摘要 随着“智慧水务”在水务行业内掀起的浪潮,对用水数据的精确计量、无线传输、远程监测及对水务设施的低功耗运行应用需求日益增加。其中,采用低功耗窄带物联网NB-IoT技术的智能电磁水表,以精确计量、高可靠性、高防护等级、低功耗、宽量程、整机IP68潜水设计、多参数测量、多报警输出、数据无线传输等特点脱颖而出。其中,NB-IoT无线传输模块通过RS485采集电磁水表的累计流量、正向流量、反向流量、瞬时流量、瞬时流速、压力、报警信息等计量数据;结合近距离无线传输蓝牙技术,通过手机应用软件便携式读取及设置参数;打包模块NB通信卡信息、电池电压、信号强度等状态数据和电磁水表计量数据组成报文,利用NB-IoT技术将报文传输至水务管理平台,实现对供水管网的运行监管。 With the wave of"smart water affairs"in the water industry,the demand for accurate metering,wireless transmission,remote monitoring of water consumption data,and low-power operation applications for water utilities is increasing.Among them,the intelligent electromagnetic water meter adopts the low-power narrow-band Internet of Things NB-IoT technology,with accurate measurement,high reliability,high protection level,low power consumption,wide range,whole machine IP68 diving design,multi-parameter measurement,multi-alarm output,data wireless transmission and other characteristics stand out.Among them,the NB-IoT wireless transmission module collects the cumulative flow,forward flow,reverse flow,instantaneous flow,instantaneous flow rate,pressure,alarm information and other measurement data of the electromagnetic water meter through RS485;The software can read and set parameters in a portable manner;package the module NB communication card information,battery voltage,signal strength and other status data and electromagnetic water meter measurement data to form a message,and use the NB-IoT technology to transmit the message to the water management platform to realize the water supply pipe.Network operation supervision.
