摘要 介绍了油膜轴承润滑系统中压力罐的重要作用及其工作原理。针对以往设计中压力罐供油系统故障率高、维护困难的工况,对压力罐的供油和供气系统进行了改进设计,并对其控制逻辑进行了优化,大大提高了压力罐供油系统的可靠性及其自动化程度。 The important role and working principle of pressure tank in oil film bearing lubrication system are introduced.In view of the working conditions of high failure rate and difficult maintenance of pressure tank for oil supply system designed in the past,the oil supply and air supply system of pressure tank have been improved,and its control logic has been optimized,which greatly improves the reliability and automation of pressure tank oil supply system.
