摘要
为做好大气环境影响评价,找到匹配的技术支持系统,对比了浓度控制法、P值控制法、总量控制法的优缺点,提出了基于总量控制法的大气环境影响评价思路。通过窄烟云稀释矩阵反演模型的构建与反演,制定了大气总量控制及发展规划,建立规划模型,实施总量控制方法分析。应选用适合的污染总量控制方法,确保大气环境影响评价工作的高效性与顺畅性,提升环境污染防治效果。
In order to do well in the evaluation of atmospheric environmental impact,and find out the matched technical support system,the study compares the advantages and disadvantages of concentration,P value and total control method;proposes atmospheric environment influencing evaluation thinking path based on total quantity control.Through the construction and inversion of narrow cloud dilution matrix inversion model,the study formulates total atmospheric control and development planning,constructs planning model,and implements control method analysis.It is suggested to select suitable total control method of pollution,ensure high efficiency and smoothness of atmospheric environmental impact assessment,and improve the effect of environment pollution prevention and control.
