摘要
随着电动汽车的普及,对电动汽车的电子零部件需求也大幅增加。为了满足电动汽车自身特点的要求,需采用平台化设计,因此对电子零部件防护等级提出了更高的要求。文章介绍了一种防水电动汽车充电通信控制器的设计,以实现零部件在电动汽车车身上具有更广阔的使用空间。通过对控制器的密封结构设计、密封胶选择、防水透气阀选择及后续的气密检测方法进行介绍分析,并保证产品可实现IP67的防水等级,为其他类似产品提供参考方案及借鉴。
With the popularity of electric vehicles,the demand for electronic components for electric vehicles has increased significantly.In order to meet the requirements of platformization of electric vehicles,waterproof requirements are put forward for electronic components.A waterproof design of electric vehicle charging communication controller is introduced to achieve a broader application scenario of parts on the body of electric vehicle.Through the analysis and introduction of the sealing structure design,the choice of sealant,the choice of waterproof vent valve and the subsequent sealing test method,the IP67 waterproof grade of the product is ensured,which provides reference scheme for other similar products.
