摘要
目的探讨循证护理知识借助于思维导图(Mind map,MP)呈现在老干部前列腺增生围手术期的应用效果。方法选取中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第901医院2016年8月—2020年8月期间行前列腺等离子电切术的军队老干部32例,按照入院时间分为2组,即常规护理组(RN组)和循证护理知识借助于思维导图呈现组(MP+EBN组),每组16例。比较2组患者护理宣教时间、疾病知识知晓情况及患者的依从性,术后并发症发生率和留置尿管时间。结果MP+EBN组的宣教时间少于RN组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MP+EBN组对疾病知识知晓情况评分高于RN组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MP+EBN组的护理依从性明显高于RN组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MP+EBN组术后并发症发生率明显低于RN组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MP+EBN组留置尿管时间短于RN组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将循证护理知识借助于思维导图模式呈现,利于老年患者理解,且提高依从性和缩短了宣教时间,降低术后并发症发生率,缩短了留置尿管时间,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of mind mapping(MP)combined with evidence-based nursing in the perioperative period of old cadres with BPH.Methods Selecting the 901th Hospital of the Joint Service and Security Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army,32 cases of old military cadres who performed prostate plasma resection from August 2016 to August 2020 were divided into two groups according to the admission time,namely routine nursing group(RN group)and evidence-based nursing knowledge by means of thinking map mode presentation group(MP+EBN group),each group of 16 cases.The time of nursing education,the knowledge of disease,the compliance of patients,the incidence of postoperative complications and the time of indwelling urethral catheter were compared.Results The time for education in the MP+EBN group was less than that in the RN group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the MP+EBN group had higher disease knowledge awareness scores than the RN group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the compliance of the nursing process in the MP+EBN group was significantly higher than that of the RN group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the postoperative complication rate in the MP+EBN group was significantly lower than that of the RN group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the time of catheter indwelling in the MP+EBN group was lower than that in the RN group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based nursing knowledge with the help of mind map mode is conducive to the understanding of elderly patients,and improve patient compliance and shorten the time of propaganda and education;at the same time,it reduces the occurrence of postoperative complications and shorten the indwelling catheter time,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
