摘要
随着我国生态文明建设的不断推进,对仍在探索道路上的国土空间生态修复工作提出了更高的要求和挑战,亟待针对我国不同地域特征差异化编制国土空间生态修复规划,进一步加强国土空间生态修复对建设生态文明的作用。本文从省级行政区角度出发,分析国土空间生态修复规划的功能定位、基本理念特征,针对目前存在的问题难点,对生态修复规划编制提出了思考建议,为正处于实践探索中的规划工作提供借鉴。
With continuous advancement of China’s ecological civilization construction,more requirements and challenges have been put forward for the ecological restoration of national territorial space.Therefore,it is urgent to make national territory spatial ecological restoration planning based on the diversity of diff erent regional characteristics in China,and strengthen its role in the construction of ecological civilization.From the perspective of provincial administrative regions,this paper analyzes the functional identification and basic conceptual characteristics of the planning.In view of the existing problems and difficulties,some suggestions are put forward as references for the planning work in practice and exploration.
