摘要
目的分析艾灸关元穴联合伊木萨克片对勃起功能障碍(ED)大鼠模型性行为的影响。方法取105只性成熟期SD雄性大鼠,随机分为对照组(15只)和造模组(90只),造模组给予冷刺激+植物雌激素样饮食联合干预,24周后通过阿扑吗啡(APO)勃起实验和交配实验筛选ED大鼠60只,并随机分为模型组(ED组)、艾灸组(ED-M组)、伊木萨克片组(ED-Y组)、艾灸+伊木萨克片组(ED-MY组),各15只。治疗性干预15d后,通过APO实验和交配实验综合评价治疗效果。结果(1)APO实验:ED-M组、ED-Y组及ED-MY组与对照组比较,勃起潜伏期显著缩短、勃起次数显著升高(P<0.05),ED-MY组勃起次数亦显著高于ED-Y组和ED-M组(P<0.05)。(2)交配实验:ED-M组、ED-Y组及ED-MY与对照组比较,爬背潜伏期、爬背次数、插入潜伏期、插入次数、射精潜伏期、射精次数均有显著性差异(P<0.05);ED-MY组与ED-Y组、ED-M组比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论艾灸关元穴、伊木萨克片及联合干预均能通过增强勃起功能与性行为能力发挥良好的治疗作用,艾灸与伊木萨克片联合干预作用优于艾灸、伊木萨克片单独干预。
Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion at Guanyuan acupoint combined with Yimusake tablets on sexual behavior changes in erectile dysfunction(ED)model rats.Methods 105 normal mature male SD rats were selected in this study,15 of them were randomly chosed as the control group,other 90 as model group.Model group was given cold stimulation and phytoestrogen-like diet intervention.After 24 weeks,60 ED rats were screened through apmorphine erection experiment and mating experiment.They were randomly divided into ED group,Moxibustion group(ED-M group),Yimusake tablet group(ED-Y group)and Moxibustion+Yimusake tablet group(ED-MY group),with 15 rats in each group.After 15 days of therapeutic intervention,APO experiment and mating experiment were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results(1)APO experimental results.Compared with the control group,the incubation period of erections in ED-M group,ED-Y group and ED-MY group was significantly shortened and the number of erections was significantly increased(P<0.05).The frequency of erections in ED-MY group was significantly higher than that in ED-Y group and ED-M group(P<0.05).(2)Mating experiments results.Compared with the control group,the back crawl latency,back crawl times,insertion latency,insertion times,ejaculation latency and ejaculation times in ED-M group,ED-Y group and ED-MY group were significantly different(P<0.05).Compared with ED-Y group and ED-M group,the difference in ED-MY group was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Moxibustion at Guanyuan point,Yimusake tablet and combined intervention all can play a good therapeutic effect by enhancing erectile function and sexual behavior ability,and the effect of combined intervention of moxibustion and Yimusake tablet is superior to moxibustion and Yimusake tablet alone.
