摘要
目的:观察针刺联合火龙药灸治疗肩周炎寒湿瘀阻型的影响。方法:64例按随机数字表法分为治疗组及对照组各32例。两组均给与针刺治疗,治疗组联合火龙药灸。结果:总有效率治疗组96.87%,对照组84.38%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组肩关节功能活动评分量表(Mel1e)评分、NRS评分、血清中PGE2与WBLSV、WBHSV水平均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合火龙药灸治疗肩周炎寒湿瘀阻型可提高疗效。
Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with fire dragon herbal moxibustion in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis with damp-cold and blood-stasis obstruction type.Methods:Sixty-four cases were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.Both groups were given acupuncture treatment,and the treatment group were combined with fire dragon herbal moxibustion.Results:The total effective rate was 96.87%in the treatment group and 84.38% in the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the shoulder joint function and activity scale(Mel1e)score,NRS score,serum PGE2,WBLSV and WBHSV levels in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and those of the treatment group was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with fire dragon herbal moxibustion can improve the curative effect in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis with damp-cold and blood-stasis obstruction type.
