雅克拉污水处理站来水含油高原因分析及应对措施

摘要 雅克拉污水处理站(简称:污水站)设计处理污水量500m^(3)/d,来水主要有雅克拉站污水、单井流程污水,处理后的污水外输至塔河注水管网。随着大涝坝油气水混输至雅克拉站后,污水站来水含油量显著增加,停一级提升泵后,污水站接收罐存油较多,污油池收油量增多,严重影响了污水站的正常生产运行;回收的污油又频繁输往雅克拉站进行处理,进一步增加雅克拉站稳定单元装置负荷;分离脱水稳定不及时,凝析油含水高、轻组分拔不出来,甚至可能导致稳定塔液泛或淹塔,影响雅克拉站装置的稳定运行,降低轻烃的收率,经济效益受损。结合现状,从二闪来液情况、破乳剂加注、操作方式等方面对污水站来水含油高的原因进行分析,提出实施了减少来水含油应对措施,对现场有着极强的针对性、可操作性和实用性。 The Yakela sewage treatment station(referred to as sewage station) is designed to treat sewage of 500m^(3)/d. The incoming water mainly includes sewage of Yakela station and sewage of single well process, and the treated sewage is exported to Tahe River injection pipe network. With the mixed transport of oil, gas and water from Dalaoba to Yakela Station, the oil content of the inflow from sewage station increased significantly. After the suspension of the first-stage lifting pump, more oil was stored in the receiving tank of sewage station, and the amount of oil collected from sewage pool increased, which seriously affected the normal operation of sewage station. Recovery of dirty oil and to Ya Ke La station for processing, to further increase Ya Ke La stand stable load units, separation, dehydration and stable is not timely, condensate water cut is high, the light component can’t pull it out, and may even lead to stable tower liquid or flood, influence Ya Ke La station device and stable operation, reduce the yield of light hydrocarbon, affects the economic benefits and safety production. Combined with the current situation, this paper analyzes the reasons for the high oil content of incoming water from sewage station from the aspects of the analysis of secondary flashover liquid, demulsifier filling, operation mode and so on, and puts forward and implements countermeasures to reduce incoming water oil content, which has strong pertinence, timeliness and practicability for the site.
