摘要
针对连续油管自有深度计量设备在井下作业中难以精确定位的问题,介绍了深度误差的产生来源和国内外目前常用的理论计算校深、人工井底校深、机械套管接箍定位器校深及无线套管接箍定位器校深四种连续油管井下定位方法。通过对四种井下定位方法的对比,得出机械式套管接箍定位器法定位准确,研发难度小,且成本低。鉴于此,进行了机械式套管接箍定位器结构设计、工作原理研究,并经过室内试验和现场试验论证,性能指标满足现场要求,取得了预期效果。
In view of the problem that coiled tubing’s depth is difficult to know when it is downhole operating, the reasons of depth error and calculation depth correction method, depth correction based on artificial bottom hole, mechcanical casing collar locator and wireless casing collar locator depth correction methods are introduced in this paper, these four depth correction methods are in common use.Through the comparison of four kinds of downhole positioning method, mechanical casing collar locator is accurate in positioning, easy in development, and low in costs. Accordingly, mechanical casing collar locator was developed. Passed through laboratory and field test of justification, performance indicators met site requirements, achieved the desired results.
