摘要
介绍港口国监督(PSC)检查中发现的某外轮油水分离器的15 ppm(油分浓度)舱底水报警装置故障的缺陷,分析缺陷产生原因和报警装置工作原理,在此基础上结合国际公约和船舶防污染管理要求,提出针对性建议,供船舶航运公司和船员参考。
This paper introduces the defect of the failure of 15 ppm bilge water alarm device for oily water separator on a foreign ship during PSC inspection,analyzes the causes for the defect and the working principle of the alarm device.In view of the requirements of international conventions and ship pollution prevention management,it puts forward relevant suggestions for the reference by shipping companies and seafarers.
