摘要
无水乙醇是指质量分数达到99.5%以上的乙醇,极易吸收空气中的水分。无水乙醇在生活中有重要作用,被广泛应用于医学、新型能源、护肤品等方面。采用加盐萃取精馏的方法来制备无水乙醇,研究萃取剂丙三醇+氯化铝对乙醇水溶液分离效果的影响。根据实验数据可知,加入萃取剂与溶盐之后,得到的产品乙醇质量分数明显高于普通精馏产生的产品乙醇质量分数。
Absolute ethanol refers to ethanol with a mass fraction of more than 99.5%,which is very easy to absorb water in the air.Absolute ethanol plays an important role in life and it is widely used in medicine,new energy,skin care products and so on.In this paper,anhydrous ethanol was prepared by extractive distillation with salt.The effect of extractant glycerol and aluminum chloride on the separation of ethanol aqueous solution was studied.According to the experimental data,after adding extractant and salt,the mass fraction of the product is significantly higher than that produced by ordinary distillation.
