摘要
为了使研究生能更深刻地认识和理解聚合酶链反应技术,熟练掌握并灵活应用于自己今后的科研课题中,本文从实验原理、教学目标、教学过程、衍生实验及用途、实验相关注意事项、教学中发现的问题等方面进行详细阐述,并对研究生实验课带教工作进行了教学总结,对通过实验教学来提高医学研究生的科研能力进行了探索分析。
In order to enable graduate students to have a deeper understanding of polymerase chain reaction technology and master and apply it flexibly in their future scientific research projects. In this paper, the principle of experiment,teaching objectives, teaching process, derived experiments and uses, matters needing attention in experiments, problems found in teaching, and other aspects are elaborated in detail. It also summarizes the teaching work of experimental teaching for graduate students and explores and analyzes how to improve the scientific research ability of medical graduate students through experimental teaching.
