摘要
地层挤注是一种有效的防垢剂投放工艺技术。生产过程中,防垢剂的返排质量浓度是确定再次挤注时机的一个重要依据。文中基于室内实验测定的防垢剂吸附、解吸与返排特征曲线,建立了一种简单实用的地层挤注防垢剂返排质量浓度预测模型,并可以根据预测的防垢剂返排质量浓度进一步估算出所需防垢剂的挤注量和在地层中的初始吸附量等重要参数。将现场监测的挤注防垢剂返排质量浓度与模型预测值进行对比,证明了模型的可靠性。同时,开展了防垢剂挤注寿命影响因素敏感性分析,结果表明,解吸速率常数绝对值越小、防垢剂吸附剩余质量浓度越大、产液量越低、防垢剂返排质量浓度越大,则挤注寿命越长。该模型可以用于防垢剂挤注工艺设计和效果预测。
Squeeze injection is an effective scale inhibitor delivery technology.The flowback mass concentration of scale inhibitor in the production process is an important basis for determining the time of re-extrusion.In this paper,a simple and practical prediction model of flowback mass concentration of squeeze injection scale inhibitor was established based on the adsorption-desorption and flowback characteristic curves of scale inhibitor measured in laboratory experiments.According to the predicted scale inhibitor flowback mass concentration,important parameters such as the injection amount of scale inhibitor and the initial adsorption amount in formation pores could be further estimated.The reliability of the model was verified by comparing the field monitoring data of scale inhibitor flowback mass concentration and the predicted concentration.Sensitivity analysis of influencing factors of scale inhibitor squeeze life was carried out.The results show that the smaller the absolute value of the desorption rate constant,the larger the remaining mass concentration of the scale inhibitor adsorption,the lower the liquid production,the greater the flowback mass concentration of the scale inhibitor,and the longer the squeeze life.The model can be used for scale inhibitor squeeze process design and effect prediction.
