沿海电厂钢结构防腐工艺应用探究 被引量:1

摘要 钢结构在火电厂的整体构造占比很大,包括锅炉刚性梁钢结构、各类箱体、管道、支架、平台、格栅、楼梯、栏杆等。而钢铁直接暴露空气中会发生电化学腐蚀,据统计,全球平均每分钟就有约1吨的钢铁变为铁锈[1]。特别是在沿海富含氯化盐的潮湿大气腐蚀,有效的钢结构防腐能使电厂设备运行稳定性和整体观感得到很大的提升。本文针对钢结构安装的位置、所处的环境以及工艺要求,分别对不同位置、不同环境、不同工艺的钢结构采用热浸锌、冷喷锌、富锌涂料进行单独或复合型防腐,确保电厂钢结构防腐科学有效且经济实惠。 Steel structure accounts for a large proportion of the overall structure of thermal power plants, including boiler rigid beam steel structure, various types of boxes, pipes, brackets, platforms,grilles, stairs, railings, etc. Electrochemical corrosion occurs when steel is directly exposed to the air, and according to statistics, the average global steel is about 1 ton of steel per minute[1]. Especially in the humid atmosphere corrosion rich in chlorides along the coast, the operational stability and overall perception of the effective steel structure anti-corrosion power plant equipment have been greatly improved. In this paper, the position, environment and process requirements of the steel structure installation are heat-dipd,cold-sprayed, and zinc-rich coatings for the steel structures of different locations, different environments,and different processes, respectively, to carry out individual or composite anti-corrosion, soas to ensure that the anti-corrosion science of the steel structure of the power plant is effective and economical.
