摘要
为了实现经济发展与环境和谐共生,控制碳排放并落实碳达峰目标,基于平均式因素替代法,建立单位GDP能耗分解模型,对2007年至2019年江苏省单位GDP能耗及其影响因素的历史数据和变化特征进行分析,并引入泰尔系数对能耗效率差异进行测度,结合影响能耗效率差异的因素进行指数分解,构建技术效应与结构效应的实证分析。结果表明:技术进步是江苏省能耗效率提升的决定性因素,同时产业结构的优化对于降低能耗并提高总体能耗效率也起到一定的推动作用。
In order to achieve a harmonious coexistence between economic development and the environment,control carbon emissions and implement the carbon peak target,a decomposition model of energy consumption per unit of GDP was established based on the averaging factor substitution method,and the historical data and change characteristics of energy consumption per unit of GDP and its influencing factors in Jiangsu Province from 2007 to 2019 were analysed,and the Thiel coefficient was introduced to measure the difference in energy consumption efficiency,combined with the factors affecting the difference in energy consumption efficiency An exponential decomposition is carried out to construct an empirical analysis of the technology effect and the structure effect.The results show that technological progress is a decisive factor in the improvement of energy consumption efficiency in Jiangsu Province,while the optimization of industrial structure also plays a role in reducing energy consumption and improving overall energy consumption efficiency.
