摘要
文章介绍了酮苯装置溶剂含水的不利影响,分析找出了溶剂含水偏高的原因和关键不利因素;通过实施改进措施,包括加强原料脱水、合理调整汽提塔蒸汽量、防止溶剂水冷器内漏以及优化干燥系统运行等操作,降低溶剂含水率至0.3%左右。
The adverse effect of solvent water content in ketone-benzene unit was introduced,and the reasons for high solvent water content and key negative factors were found out through analysis.Through the implementation of improvement measures,including strengthening the dehydration of raw materials,reasonably adjusting the steam volume of the stripper,preventing internal leakage of the solvent water cooler,and optimizing the operation of the drying system,the water content of the solvent is reduced to about 0.3%.
