摘要
尽管越来越多的外来人口在旅游地涌现,但关于这一主题的研究尚未引起足够重视。在社区场域理论的基础上,采用质性研究、深度访谈与定量研究相结合的方法,对世界遗产地宏村的旅游移民进行研究,揭示其与当地社区的社会融合过程及结果。研究发现:宏村旅游社区移民与当地人社会交往氛围比较和谐,无明显冲突;移民与本地人社区融合分为三个阶段,分别是“二元社区”“泛泛之交”和“社区场域化”,三个阶段并不是层层递进的状态,而是同时存在,其中“泛泛之交”占据主流;文化背景的差异、沟通机制的不通畅和空间不平行不对等造就的社会环境,使得旅游移民和当地居民间只有浅层次的交流,未形成社会融合。这是创造社区场域的障碍,导致移民在社区建设中缺乏参与感,造成社区发展的不可持续性。
Although more and more foreign populations are emerging in tourist destinations,research on this topic has not received enough attention.On the basis of community field theory,this paper adopts a combination of qualitative research,in-depth interviews and quantitative research to study the tourism migrants in Hongcun,a world heritage site,to reveal the process and results of their social integration with the local community.The study found that the atmosphere of social interaction between immigrants and locals in Hongcun tourism community is relatively harmonious,and there is no obvious conflict.The integration of immigrants and locals is divided into three stages,namely“dual community”,“casual acquaintances”and“community field”.The three stages are not in a progressive state,but coexist,among which the“casual acquaintances”occupies the mainstream.The social environment,created by differences in cultural backgrounds,poor communication mechanisms,and non-parallel and unequal spaces,results in only a shallow level of communication between tourist immigrants and local residents,and social integration has not been formed.This is an obstacle to create community fields,which leads to a lack of participation of immigrants in community building and unsustainable community development.
