摘要
针对传统房屋安全鉴定报告编制中效率低等的问题,论文基于“互联网+智慧鉴定”原理,开发了一款房屋安全鉴定报告数字化与智慧的编制系统,重点介绍了该系统的基本功能,并以实践工程为例展示该系统编制的安全鉴定报告具备步骤简单、内容清晰、整洁、准确性高等诸多优点,最后分析智慧编制系统的应用为房屋安全鉴定行业带来的效益。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency in the compilation of traditional house safety appraisal reports,this paper develops a digital and intelligent compilation system for house safety appraisal reports based on the principle of “Internet + Smart Appraisal”. The practical project is used as an example to show that the safety appraisal report prepared by the system has many advantages such as simple steps,clear content,neatness and high accuracy.
