摘要
目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者白蛋白、糖化血红蛋白与新生儿体重及术后感染风险的关系。方法选择2020年04至2021年04月期间我院收治的78例GDM孕妇为研究组,另选同期孕检健康的78例孕妇为对照组。比较两组孕妇的HbA_(IC)、GA等相关指标及新生儿体质量及其相关性,HbA_(IC)、GA检出率、HbA_(IC)感染风险等指标。结果两组孕妇间的FPG经比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),其他HbA_(IC)、GA、1hPG、2hPG、新生儿体质量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者的HbA_(IC)、GA检出率存在显著差异,研究组患者的感染风险概率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),HbA_(IC)与新生儿体质量存在正相关性(P<0.05)。讨论妊娠期糖尿病的孕妇妊娠期的常见并发症,HbA_(IC)、GA及新生儿体质量均明显升高,且HbA_(IC)水平与GDM孕妇新生儿的体质量呈正相关。
Objective To explore the relationship between albumin and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in gestational diabetes mellitus(DM)and neonatal weight and postoperative infection risk.Methods 78 pregnant women with GDM treated in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the study group,and 78 pregnant women who were healthy during pregnancy examination in the same period were selected as the control group.The related indexes such as HBAIC and GA,neonatal weight and their correlation,the detection rate of HBAIC and GA and the risk of HBAIC infection were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in FPG between the two groups(P>0.05).Other HBAIC,GA,1hpg,2hPG and neonatal weight were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the detection rates of HBAIC and GA between the two groups.The infection risk probability of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between HBAIC and neonatal weight(P<0.05).Conclusion HbAIC,GA and neonatal weight were significantly increased in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.The HbAIC level was positively correlated with the weight of newborns with GDM.
