摘要
基于熵值法构建中国省域碳减排能力评价模型,并测度中国省域2006—2018年的碳减排能力,引入变异系数、基尼系数等统计量和采用探索性空间数据方法分析碳减排能力的时空演变格局.结果表明:①时间维度上,中国省域碳减排能力前期稳步提升,后期波动提升,整体上呈现上升趋势;各省份间碳减排能力正逐步向优化均衡方向发展,其差异主要存在于碳转移能力、经济发展水平和技术与碳汇水平方面.②空间维度上,中国省域碳减排能力存在显著的空间自相关性;呈现出“东高西低”的空间格局和更明显的空间集群化特征;样本期内中国省域碳减排能力集聚模式变化不大,碳减排冷热点呈现“东热西冷”的空间格局.
Based on the entropy method,this paper constructed an evaluation model of China’s provincial carbon emission reduction capacity and measured the carbon emission reduction capacities of China’s provinces from 2006to 2018.Statistics such as coefficient of variation and Gini coefficient were introduced and exploratory spatial data method was used to analyze the temporal and spatial evolution pattern of carbon emission reduction capacity.The results show that:①In the time dimension,China’s provincial carbon emission reduction capacity has steadily improved in the early stage,and fluctuated in the later stage,showing an overall upward trend.The carbon emission reduction capacity among provinces is gradually developing towards the direction of optimization and balance,and the differences mainly exist in carbon transfer capacity,economic development level,and technology and carbon sink level.②In the spatial dimension,there is a significant spatial autocorrelation in China’s provincial carbon emission reduction capacity.It presents a spatial pattern of“east high and west low”,and the spatial clustering is more obvious.During the sample period,the agglomeration pattern of carbon emission reduction capacity at provincial level in China has little change,and the cold hot spots of carbon emission reduction present a spatial pattern of“east hot and west cold”.
