摘要
本文详叙了蔚来量产产品质量部 NIO 8D思考的由来,框架的制定,以及实际案例的应用。为避免读者困惑,举证了NIO 8D与传统G8D的差异。同时经过多轮NIO 8D的试运行,对有价值信息进行抽取和汇总,初步形成了适用于蔚来售后问题解决的知识库。并希望在未来,通过NIO 8D的应用与扩展,形成可以广泛使用的制造业的问题解决方法论,分享给各个企业。
This paper describes the original idea,the framework and practical examples of NIO 8D from Current Model Quality Department.In order to avoid readers’ confusion,the difference between NIO 8D and traditional G8D is described.After several practice of NIO 8D,valuable information was extracted.Meanwhile,aftersales problem-solving knowledge database is gradually generated.We are expecting that through the extensive application of NIO 8D,this problem-solving methodology can be used in manufacturing industry and shared with all enterprises.
