基于多寿命特征的废旧机电产品再升级设计研究进展 被引量:1

A Survey on Remanufacturing Upgrade Design of Used Mechanical and Electrical Products Based on Multi-life Characteristic

摘要 随着高新技术的迅猛发展,机电产品升级换代与资源浪费之间的矛盾正愈发激化。值得关注的是,产品升级换代的速度越快,其废旧品的再制造恢复价值就越低,再制造升级需求也就越大。由于废旧机电产品在服役过程中物理、技术、经济多属性寿命的不平衡性以及再升级需求的多样化,导致再升级设计方案生成与优化极具个性化与复杂性,对其研究具有很高的学术价值与工程应用价值。为此,通过探究再升级设计的问题特征,以量大面广的废旧机电产品为对象,综述其寿命演化分析、再升级设计模型、再升级设计优化方法的代表性研究进展,进而指出废旧机电产品再升级设计的研究层次及其主要研究趋势与重点研究内容,以促进高品质再制造工程的实施,推动高端智能再制造升级的规模化发展。 With the rapid development of high technology, the contradiction between the upgrading of mechanical and electrical products, and the resource waste is increasingly intensified. The faster a product is upgraded and replaced, its remanufacturing recovery value will be lower, and the greater the remanufacturing upgrade demand will be. Due to the imbalance in physical, technical, economic attributes of service life of the used products, and the diverse remanufacturing upgrading demands, the generation and optimization of remanufacturing upgrading design scheme is substantially individual and complex. So as the research has high academic value and engineering application value. To this end, by exploring the problem characteristics of re-upgrade design, the representative research progress of life evolution analysis, re-upgrade design model and optimization method for used mechanical and electrical products is summarized. Furthermore, the research process, main research trends and key research contents of the re-upgrading design for used mechanical and electrical products are pointed out to promote the implementation of high-quality remanufacturing engineering and the large-scale development of high-end intelligent remanufacturing upgrading.
