摘要
本研究以23份来自新疆4个代表性地区的野生羊肚菌为研究对象,利用内转录间隔区(ITS)、翻译延伸因子-1α(EF-1α)、RNA聚合酶Ⅱ大亚基(RPB1)和小亚基(RPB2)联合分析技术进行分类鉴定,以期为新疆羊肚菌的科学分类提供基础资料。研究结果显示4个地区分布7种野生羊肚菌,包括黑色羊肚菌5种,分别是Mel-13、Morchella eohespera、Mel-33、Morchella pulchella和Morchella odonnellii(新种);黄色羊肚菌2种,Mes-6和Morchella dunensis(新记录种)。多基因联合分析法能够更明确地确定羊肚菌属种的分类地位,具有明显的优势。
In this study,23 samples were devided into four geographic populations for identification of Morchella by internal transcribed spacer(ITS)rDNA sequence,RNA polymerase I(RPB1),RNA polymerase II(RPB2)and translation elogation factor(EF-1α),in order to offers foundation for revision classification of wild Morchella.Seven phylogenetically distinct species were discovered in four typical sites,including five species within the Elata Clade,they are Mel-13,M.eohespera,Mel-33,M.pulchellaand,and M.odonnellii,two within the Esculenta Clade,Mes-6 and M.dunensis(Mes-17),The multi-gene joint analysis method can more clearly determine the taxonomic status of Morchella species and has obvious advantages.
