摘要
自主可控新一代继电保护装置采用国产化的站控层通讯协议(CMS协议)完成主站通讯,原采用MMS通讯协议的继电保护装置自动测试工具无法完成自主可控继电保护装置的自动测试。设计了一种基于CMS协议的自主可控继电保护装置自动测试系统,通过PLC开发板实现了自动换线和开入开出监视功能,解决了人工换线效率低下的问题。该系统采用模块化的设计方式,最大限度地开放了测试用例的设计开发,支持否定测试,使自动测试系统具有更广泛的应用和更全面的测试,保障测试质量和效率。
The new generation of self-controllable relay protection devices uses the domestically produced station control layer communication protocol(CMS protocol) to complete the master station communication.The automatic test tools for relay protection devices that originally used the MMS communication protocol cannot complete the self-controllable relay protection device.automatic testing.This paper designs an automatic test system for autonomous controllable relay protection devices based on the CMS protocol.The PLC development board realizes the functions of automatic line change and switch-in and switch-out monitoring, and solves the problem of low efficiency of manual line change.The system adopts a modular design method,which opens up the design and development of test cases to the greatest extent,supports negative testing,enables the automatic test system to have a wider range of applications and more comprehensive tests.
