中性粒细胞CD64在感染性疾病早期诊断中的临床应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 细菌感染的早期诊断有助于合理使用抗生素和有效减少耐药菌产生。中性粒细胞CD64(n CD64)对细菌感染早期诊断的特异性及敏感性优于白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)等传统感染标志物,且n CD64与CRP、PCT、IL-6等指标联合应用具有更大的诊断价值。本文就n CD64在感染性疾病早期诊断中的应用价值作一综述。 Early diagnosis of bacterial infection is helpful for rational use of antibiotics and effective reduction of resistant bacteria.The specificity and sensitivity of neutrophil CD64(n CD64)in the early diagnosis of bacterial infection were superior to white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-6(IL-6)and other traditional infection markers.n CD64 combined with CRP,PCT,IL-6 and other indicators has greater diagnostic value.This article reviews the application value of n CD64 in early diagnosis of infectious diseases.
