摘要
目的探讨中医骨伤手法联合中药内服治疗颈椎病的临床效果。方法选取2018年7月至2020年7月北京市丰盛中医骨伤专科医院和金融街社区卫生服务中心收治的70例颈椎病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各35例。对照组患者采用中药内服治疗,观察组患者采用中医骨伤手法联合中药内服治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、生活质量评分和焦虑抑郁情绪评分。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的生活质量评分高于治疗前,且观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分低于治疗前,且观察组患者的抑郁、焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在颈椎病患者的临床治疗中,采用中医骨伤手法联合中药内服医治措施具有较好的治疗效果,能够更加有效地改善患者的生活质量,更具优越性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic manipulation combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 70 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to Beijing Fengsheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopaedic Specialty Hospital and Financial Street Community Health Service Center from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine orally,while patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic manipulation combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine.The total effective rate,quality of life score,anxiety and depression mood score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the score of quality of life in observation group was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of depression and anxiety in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis,the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic manipulation combi
