分析公立医院高质量运营的信息化需求,探索公立医院高质量运营管理模型构建,包括全业务链条优化管理模型、成本精细化运营管理模型、资源优质化配置管理模型等。
The paper analyzes the informatization needs of high quality operation of public hospitals,and explores the construction of high quality operation management model of public hospitals,including the optimization management model of whole business chain,the refined operation management model of cost,the optimal allocation management model of resources,etc.
