摘要
“一班一企”是基于“一个班级对应一个企业,或一个专业对应多个企业”不断深化校企合作、推进人才培养模式改革、构建校企合作新模式、新格局的有效举措。将企业与对应的班级有效对接,在选定智慧企业、引入企业文化、聘任企业导师前提下,通过系统设计第二课堂活动内容、制度保障第二课堂学分认定、协同推进第二课堂实施开展,打通第一、二课堂协同育人节点,充分发挥企业的资源优势,不断优化第一课堂育人主线,做活第二课堂育人辅线,实现对学生核心素养、创新精神以及职业能力的培养。
Based on“one class corresponds to one enterprise,one major corresponds to multiple enterprises”,“one class one enterprise”is aimed at deepening school-enterprise cooperation,promoting the reform of talent training mode,and constructing a new model and pattern of school-enterprise cooperation.Under the premise of selecting enterprises,introducing corporate culture,hiring tutors premise,we can effectively connect classroom learning and extracurricular activities through designing extracurricular activities,system guarantee credit authentication of the extracurricular activities,coordinated the extracurricular activities implement,to cultivate professional ability,innovative spirit and humanistic quality.
