摘要
海上风电经柔直送出系统交流海缆线路两侧故障电流均受控,故障特征与传统同步电源有着明显差别,差动保护存在不正确动作风险。针对该问题文中介绍了一种基于平均绝对误差的海上风电经柔直送出系统交流海缆纵联保护。所提保护根据一定时间窗内一侧电流采样值与负的另一侧电流采样值之间计算得到的平均绝对误差值在区内外故障时的差异构成保护判据,并对所提保护的性能进行了分析。利用PSCAD软件仿真验证了所提保护在各种工况下的有效性。仿真结果表明:所提保护在区内外故障时能够正确动作,且在高阻故障时有着良好的性能,面对风机不出力的极端情况下也能正常工作并具备选相功能,性能比差动保护更优越,更适用于海上风电经柔直送出系统交流海缆线路。
The fault currents on both sides of the AC submarine cable line of the MMC-HVDC system of offshore wind power are controlled,the fault characteristics are obviously different from the traditional synchronous power supply,and the differential protection has the risk of incorrect action.To solve this problem,an AC submarine cable pilot protection for offshore wind power through the MMC-HVDC system based on mean absolute error is introduced in this paper.The proposed protection constitutes a protection criterion according to the difference of the calculated mean absolute error between the current sampling value on one side and the current sampling value on the other side in a certain time window,and the performance of the proposed protection is analyzed.PSCAD software is used to simulate and verify the effectiveness of the proposed protection under various working conditions.The simulation results show that the proposed protection can act correctly in case of faults inside and outside the area,and has good performance in case of high resistance fault.It can also work normally in the face of the extreme case of no output of the fan and has the function of phase selection.Its performance is superior to the differential protection,which is more suitable for the AC submarine cable line of offshore wind power through the MMC-HVDC system.
