摘要
新型冠状病毒主要依靠飞沫、直接接触和气溶胶进行传播。其传播速度快,传播途径隐蔽,传播性强,使人防不胜防,早发现、早隔离、早诊断和早治疗是防控的关键。文章从病毒分子生物学和生物分析层面,简要介绍新型冠状病毒各种常用检测方案,为抗击疫情的临床诊断提供参考,也为教育教学及全民抗疫通识教育提供理论支撑。
Novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)mainly relies on respiratory droplets,direct contact with a patient’s body fluids and aerosol to spread with fast speed.Although the pathogenicity is approximately 3%,2019-nCoV has the diversities of transmission routes and high transmissibility and is difficult to prevent.To contain the spread of coronavirus,the keys are early discovery,early isolation,early diagnosis and early treatment.In the aspect of the molecular biology and relevant bioanalytical assay,this review introduces briefly all kinds of extensively-used detection methods,providing valuable reference for the clinical diagnosis in the fight against the epidemic and the solid professional and general knowledge for the education teaching.
