摘要
十八大以来党的干部教育理论不断更新和完善,为“四个伟大”、实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标和社会主义现代化不断提供智力支持和人力保障,是我党执政为民、固本培基的一大法宝。十八大以来,党的干部教育理论形成具有时代依据、理论依据、历史依据;党的干部教育理论具有显明的总体目标、主要内容以及实践形式;党的干部教育理论在实践中不断发展完善和创新。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the theory of cadre education has been constantly updated and improved,which provides intellectual support and manpower guarantee for“four greatness”,and the realization of the“two centenaries”and socialist modernization,which is a magic weapon for our Party to govern for the people and solidify its foundation.Since the 18th National Congress,the formation of the Party's cadre education theory has formed the basis of the times,theory and history;The Party's cadre education theory has shown obvious overall objectives,main contents and practical forms;The theory of cadre education of the Party is developing,perfecting and innovating in practice.
