摘要
针对桥式抓斗卸船机控制系统日益落后,难以满足高效率生产要求的情况,剖析了桥式抓斗卸船机系统结构,介绍了电气控制系统的硬件组成部分,并提出对其电气控制系统的自动化改造优化措施,实现了优化效果。
In view of the increasingly outdated control system of bridge-type grab unloader,which is difficult to meet the requirements of high-efficiency production,the system structure of bridge-type grab unloader is analyzed,the hardware components of the electrical control system are introduced,and the optimization measures for the automation transformation of its electrical control system are proposed to realize the optimization effect.
