摘要
为筛选出对南方根结线虫毒杀效果好的药剂复配浓度和比例,以南方根结线虫二龄幼虫、阿维菌素、娄彻氏链霉菌(Streptomyces rochei)ZZ-9为试验材料,开展了复配试验。结果表明,阿维菌素质量浓度为1.0μg·mL^(-1)时,二龄幼虫的校正死亡率最高,为30.60%;将ZZ-9菌株发酵滤液原液与1.0μg·mL^(-1)阿维菌素复配,体积比为3∶1时对南方根结线虫病的防治效果最佳,48 h校正死亡率为54.44%,比单一使用阿维菌素提高了23.84%,且药剂的使用量减少了75%。可见,娄彻氏链霉菌ZZ-9与阿维菌素(1.0μg·mL^(-1))3∶1复配可以显著提高根结线虫二龄幼虫的死亡率,减少农药的使用量,为南方根结线虫病的防治提供了理论依据。
The purpose of present study was to test the combination of Streptomyces rochei ZZ-9 and avermectin against Meloidogyne incognita.The second-stage juveniles(J2s)of M.incognita,Streptomyces rochei ZZ-9 culture filtration and avermectin were used to conduct the combination experiment.The results showed that the highest corrected mortality of M.incognita J2s 30.60%was for avermectin at the concentration of 1.0μg·mL^(-1).However,the combination of S.rochei ZZ-9 culture filtration and avermectin at volume ratio of 3∶1 resulted in 54.44%mortality of J2s at 48 h after inoculation,23.84%higher than use avermectin alone.This combination also reduced the use of avermectin by 75%.Therefore,the combination of S.rochei ZZ-9 culture filtration and abamectin(1.0μg·mL^(-1))at volume ration of 3∶1 provides good management of root-knot nematode.
