摘要
目的探讨电针疏密波干预对周围性面瘫急性期患者的疗效。方法选取70例患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各35例。对照组采用药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合电针疏密波治疗。比较两组House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能评分、视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后两组H-B评分和VAS评分均降低,H-B分级有明显差异(P<0.05);治疗后观察组H-B评分更低,总有效率更高(P<0.05)。结论周围性面瘫急性期患者采用电针疏密波辅助干预,可更好地恢复面神经功能,减少疼痛,提高临床疗效。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of electroacupuncture sparse and dense wave auxiliary intervention on patients with peripheral facial paralysis in acute stage.Methods:A total of 70 patients with acute stage of peripheral facial paralysis were divided randomly into the control group treated with drugs,and the observation group treated with electroacupuncture dilatational wave based on the control group.The House-Brackmann(H-B)facial nerve function score,visual analog pain scores(VAS)score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the H-B score and VAS score of the two groups were decreased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the H-B score of the observation group was lower and the treatment effective rate was higher obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis,electroacupuncture with sparse and dense waves can better restore facial nerve function,reduce pain,and has high clinical efficacy.
