摘要
为实时监测老年人群体的健康状况,提高其生活质量,提出了一种老年人健康监测手环系统设计。该系统可实时监测老年人的运动状态,当监测到老年人跌倒后,系统自动通过移动端APP发送求救信息,使老年人得到及时救助。此外,还可以监测睡眠质量、运动情况等健康参数,方便老年人及时了解自己的身体健康状态。手环尺寸仅为4.2 cm×4.5 cm,便于佩戴;搭配APP,可以更便捷地查看健康数据。经过实际测试,跌倒监测和运动步数监测准确率分别在90%和95%以上,睡眠监测误差不大于15%,其他各项参数均达到了实验要求,该系统具有较高的实用性。
In order to monitor the health status of the elderly in real time and improve their life security,this paper proposes a design of the elderly health monitoring bracelet system.The bracelet can monitor the movement posture of the elderly in real time.When a fall is detected,it will automatically send help information through the app on the mobile terminal,so that it can get timely help.In addition,it can also monitor the sleep quality,exercise and other health parameters,so as to facilitate the elderly to know their health status in time.The size of the bracelet is only 4.2 cm×4.5 cm,which is easy to wear;with APP,it is more convenient to view health data.After the actual test,the accuracy of fall detection and movement step monitoring is above 90%and 95%respectively,and the error of sleep monitoring is not more than 15%.Other parameters also meet the experimental requirements.The system has high practicability.
