摘要
中共中央、国务院《关于加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作的意见》提出,坚持全员、全过程、全方位育人。而就“三全育人”角度而言,高校在开展大学生思想政治教育过程中的效果可圈可点。但是是高校辅导员和思想政治理论课教师这两支队伍之间尚未形成协同育人的效应,还存在着协同育人理念淡薄、管理体制缺乏创新、协同育人平台单一和奖惩制度建设滞后等问题。为此笔者针对当下的这一现实问题分析了开展协同育人的重要意义,并提出高校加强思政力量协同育人思想引领、变革管理体制、发展多维协同平台和完善奖评制度等举措,以进一步增强协同育人的针对性和实效性。
The CPC Central Committee and the State Council“n strengthening and improving the ideological and political work in colleges and universities under the new situation”ut forward,adhere to the entire staff,the whole process,all-round education.On the“hree full education”oint of view,colleges and universities in the ideological and Political Education of college students in the process of remarkable results.In particular,the two teams of college counselors and teachers of ideological and political theory courses have not yet formed the effect of cooperative education,there are still some problems such as weak cooperative education idea,lack of innovation in management system,single cooperative education platform and lag in the construction of reward and punishment system.For this reason,the author analyzes the significance of carrying out collaborative education in the light of this current reality,in order to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of cooperative education,some measures are put forward,such as strengthening the guidance of ideological and political forces,reforming the management system,developing the multi-dimensional cooperative platform and perfecting the award and evaluation system.
