摘要
描述采用直接频率合成技术实现Ka波段频率合成器的设计方法。该Ka波段频率合成器采用LTCC和MCM工艺技术实现,在114 mm×78 mm×18 mm的体积内实现了Ka波段频率带宽内的频率合成器,相位噪声优于-85 dBc/Hz@10 kHz,杂散优于50 dBc,频率步进500 MHz。
A design of miniaturized Ka-band frequency synthesizer with direct synthesis is presented.The frequency synthesizer is made by LTCC technics and MCM technics.When the frequency step is 500 MHz,the phase noise level is less than-85 dBc/Hz@10 kHz,the spurious level is below-50 dBc.And all of the goals are implemented in a volume of 114 mm×78 mm×18 mm.The specifications of the frequency synthesizer are achieved which meet the engineering application requirements.
