脂肪胺改性漆酚涂料的制备及其性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 生漆广泛应用于工业和生活中,但是其致敏性、苛刻的固化成膜条件给生漆的使用带来很大的麻烦。本文利用辛胺、1,8-辛二胺,1,10-癸二胺、十二胺、十六胺对漆酚进行结构改性,采用IR、TG、SEM对产物的结构和形貌进行研究,从表干时间、硬度、耐冲击性、耐化学介质腐蚀性能、凝胶率等方面研究了改性后漆膜的性能。研究结果表明,经过脂肪胺改性后漆酚结构发生改变,几乎无致敏性并且改性漆酚膜的固化时间大大缩短,该系列脂肪胺改性漆膜耐酸碱腐蚀性也有很大提高,可应用在涂料和海洋防腐材料中。 Lacquer is widely used in industry and life,but its allergenicity and harsh curing and film-forming conditions bring great troubles to the use of it.In this paper,the structure of urushiol was modified by octylamine,1,8-octanediamine,1,10-decanediamine,dodecylamine and hexadecylamine.The structure and morphology of the product were investigated by IR,TG and SEM.The properties of the modified paint film were studied in terms of surface drying time,hardness,impact resistance,chemical medium corrosion resistance,and gel rate.Research results,The structure of urushiol was changed after aliphatic amine modification,almost no allergenicity,and the curing time of the new film was greatly shortened.The acid and alkali corrosion resistance of these new films was also greatly improved,which can be used in coatings and coatings.Marine anti-corrosion materials.
