摘要
目的研制一张针对大学生群体的中医健康状态及心血管疾病危险因素调查问卷。方法根据问卷调查的设计原理和方法,结合文献研究、专家咨询等方法,在中医理论指导下,基于中医健康状态及心血管疾病危险因素的概念,通过构建问卷结构、产生条目池及其答案、预调查、条目筛选以及信度效度检验等过程,形成大学生中医健康状态及心血管疾病危险因素调查问卷。结果形成了以自评为主的封闭式问卷,问卷的结构内含中医健康状态及心血管疾病危险因素2大部分,其内容可归类为15个方面,共由67个条目组成。讨论制定的调查问卷具有较好的信度和效度,可用于大学生中医健康状态及心血管疾病危险因素的流行病学调查研究。
Objective To develop a questionnaire on the health status of traditional Chinese medicine and risk factors of cardiovascular disease for college students.Methods According to the design principle and method of the questionnaire,combined with the methods of literature research and expert consultation,under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,based on the concept of health status of traditional Chinese medicine and cardiovascular disease risk factors,through the process of constructing questionnaire structure,generating item pool and its answers,pre-investigation,item screening,reliability and validity test,the questionnaire on health status of traditional Chinese medicine and cardiovascular disease risk factors of college students was formed.Results A closed questionnaire based on self-evaluation was formed.The structure of the questionnaire included two parts:health status of traditional Chinese medicine and risk factors of cardiovascular disease,which could be classified into 15 aspects and composed of 67 items.Conclusion The questionnaire has good reliability and validity and can be used for epidemiological investigation of health status of traditional Chinese medicine and cardiovascular disease risk factors of college students.
