摘要
对药方,是指由2味中药组成的方剂,其用药少、立法严、疗效专。陶汉华教授治疗脾胃病善用对药方,或原方应用,小方疗疾,轻剂起疴;或相合而用,兼顾病情,合方治病;或原方化裁,守机用之,遵旨变通。此文以方名为纲,探源析流,论述文献出处;详解方义,明确配伍组成;辨析应用,发掘功效主治,对陶汉华教授脾胃病常用对药方进行整理。
Couplet medicines prescription which means pharmacy formed with two flavors of Chinese medicine.Couplet medicines prescription is well-known with less dosage,strict regulations and specific efficacy.Professor Tao Hanhua is good at usage of couplet medicines prescription to spleen and stomach diseases treatment.Either with usage of original prescription,disease treatment with small pharmacy,illness treatment with tiny measurement;nor with combination usage,illness cure with combined pharmacy under illness condition;or with the usage of original pharmacy,has modification in accordance to its original mechanism.The article discussed the source of literature,detailed solution of the meaning,clear compatibility composition,analysis and application,and explored the efficacy and indications.Professor Tao Hanhua’s commonly used couplet medicines prescription for spleen and stomach diseases were sorted out.
