学术期刊导师型编辑的生成逻辑与培育路径 被引量:1

摘要 建设期刊强国是我国2050年建成社会主义现代化强国的必然要求。习近平总书记明确要求办好一流学术期刊。当前,我国学术期刊与世界一流期刊还有较大差距,为此,学术期刊必须实现跨越式发展。编辑是学术期刊最具能动性的办刊资源,学术期刊编辑应树立导师型编辑的职业追求。导师型编辑是学者型编辑的高级境界,在课题研究、成果提炼以及编辑和期刊发展等方面有指导能力。导师型编辑是实现期刊强国的重要基础。国家要坚持正确的学术评价导向、构建政府主导的期刊评价体系、扩大优秀编辑奖励面;地方政府要牵头构建学术期刊、高校、科研机构共同体,组建辐射全省的编辑名师工作室;主办单位要提供编辑进入导师队伍的机会;期刊社要从评价考核着手,推行首席编辑制;编辑个人要加强学习、研究、写作,不断丰富职业素养。多元主体应该采取积极措施培育导师型编辑。 Building a journal power is an inevitable demand for China to build a great modern socialist country in 2050.General Secretary Xi Jinping has made clear for first-class academic journals.However,there is still a big gap between China’s academic journals and world-class journals.To this end,academic journals must achieve leapfrog development.Editors,as the most dynamic force of academic periodicals,need to set a goal of being mentors in the future.Such mentor editors are capable of instructing subject research,results refining,editing and journal development,crucial for building a power of periodicals.Thus,we should adhere to the correct academic evaluation standard,building the government-led periodical evaluation system and expanding the editorial reward framework.Local governments should take the lead in building a community of academic periodicals,university and scientific research institutions,setting up workshops of editors and teachers in the province.And the organizers should provide the opportunity for editors to enter the team of mentors.Starting with evaluation,Periodicals should implement the editor-in-chief system,and the editors should study,research and write more,constantly improve professional quality.In all,positive measures are to be taken multiply to cultivate mentor-type editors.
