摘要
为了解陕西省富平县奶山羊养殖现状,通过整理2018年1月至2020年5月富平县奶山羊养殖的相关资料,对富平县奶山羊养殖现状进行总结分析,结果发现富平县奶山羊产业在长期的发展进程中,形成了以现代乳品加工企业为引导,以优质奶山羊资源为基础,以规模化养殖为方向,以机械化挤奶为突破,以培育新型职业农民为抓手,以奶源质量安全为保障,建立健全良种繁育、动物防疫、饲草饲料、技术服务四大体系的奶山羊全产业链,奶山羊产业发展势头良好;富平县已经建立了一部分标准化的奶山羊养殖示范区和示范农场,为奶山羊养殖发展提供了成熟模板,促进了奶山羊养殖逐渐向规模化、标准化发展。然而,当前仍存在奶山羊乳房炎和呼吸道疾病多发的问题,防疫体系有待完善。
To understand the current situation of dairy goat farming industry in Fuping county,Shaanxi province,this paper summarized and analysed the current situation of dairy goat farming in Fuping county through collecting the related information from January 2018 to May 2020.The results showed that the dairy goat industry in Fuping has formed a development model in a long-term development process guided by modern dairy processing enterprises,based on high-quality dairy goat resources,with large-scale farming as the direction,mechanized milking as the breakthrough,cultivating new professional farmers as the starting point,and milk source quality and safety as the guarantee.Meanwhile,it has also established and improved a whole industry chain of dairy goats with four systems of breeding,animal epidemic prevention,forage and technical service system,and has a promising development.Fuping county has established a part of the standardised dairy goat farming demonstration areas and demonstration farms,which provides a mature template for the development of dairy goat forming and promotes the gradual development towards scale and standardization.However,there are still many problems of mastitis and respiratory diseases in dairy goats,and the epidemic prevention system needs to be improved.
