This article summarized the characteristics of fruit industry,outlined the features and management status of the industrial and commercial capital investing fruit industry,and made definite the principles and targets to be followed.The path and methods of industrial and commercial capital investing fruit industry to achieve profitability were deeply analyzed from seven aspects:demonstration and planning,orchard construction,technical management,productive management,fund raising,product marketing,and industry integration.It pointed out the focus of investors to improve their management capabilities from a subjective point of view.
