摘要
以平邑甜茶为基砧,以M26、青砧、73-1-150、M9T3374种矮化砧为中间砧,嫁接鲁丽苹果品种,研究各嫁接组合的生长与结果的表现。结果表明,从嫁接复合体主干生长一致性看,青砧与基砧和接穗的亲合性最好;在新梢生长动态上,不同砧穗组合相似,但73-1-150新梢年生长量始终处在较高水平;在枝类组成上,M9T337砧穗组合的短枝比例最高;在单株平均产量上,73-1-150砧穗组合的较高;不同砧穗组合的果实单果重、果形指数、果实硬度、可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量差异不大。总体来看,鲁丽品种与M26、青砧、73-1-150和M9T337砧木的表现出嫁接亲合性好,枝类组成合理,产量稳定,果实品质优良。
The seedlings of Luli apple(Malus domestica Mill)with different dwarfing interstocks(M26,Qing,73-1-150 or M9T337)were used to investigate the dynamic changes of tree growth,yields and fruit qualities in order to provide a basis for the selection of suitable new cultivar with independent intellectual property rights.The results showed that Qing had better growing compatibility with the rootstock and the scion.The shoot growth of Luli trees grafted on 73-1-150 was significantly higher than that of other three interstocks although the shoot growth tendency of Luli trees grafted on different interstocks was similar.The ratio of short shoots of M9T337 dwarfing interstock apple tree was the highest.The cumulative average yield per plant of 73-1-150 dwarfing interstock apple trees was significantly higher than the other three rootstocks.There was no significant difference in average weight of fruit weight,fruit shape,fruit hardness,the content of soluble solid and solid-acid ratio among different dwarfing interstock apple trees According to the survey data of 3 years,the Luli apple with M26,Qing,73-1-150 or M9T337 dwarfing interstock showed better growing compatibility,small tree,moderate growth,early bearing,high and stable yield,and good fruit quality characters.
