摘要
为研究片麻岩-复合改性沥青混合料的断裂特性,文章采用马歇尔试验进行了片麻岩-复合改性沥青混合料配合比设计,并制备半圆弯曲试验试件,利用不同温度条件下半圆弯曲试验的破坏荷载和位移,计算评价沥青混合料抗裂性能的指标。结果表明:与-15℃时的最大弯曲力相比,-10℃和0℃分别降低了23.5%、24.2%;断裂能随温度的升高而减小,-10℃和0℃时的断裂能比-15℃分别下降了17.02%、51.86%;开裂阻力指数随温度的变化规律,与最大弯曲力和断裂能随温度的变化规律具有一致性。
To research the fracture performance of the gneiss-composite modified asphalt mixture,the Marshall test was used to develop its mix design.The semi-circular bending test specimens were prepared,and the semi-circular bending test was used to measure the loading and displacement under different temperatures. Then,the anti-cracking performance indexes were calculated. The results show that the maximum bending forces at-10℃ and 0℃ reduce by 23.5% and 24.2%compared with the maximum bending force at-15℃,respectively.The fracture energy decreases with the increase of temperature,and the fracture energies at-10℃ and0℃ reduce by 17.02% and 51.86%compared with the fracture energy at-15℃,respectively.Finally,the change law of cracking resistance index with temperature is consistent with the change law of maximum bending force and fracture energy with temperature.
