国际EPCC油气田地面工程仪控专业的设计管理工作实践

摘要 现代油气田地面工程执行中,仪表自控专业工作贯穿工程全过程,是生产装置平稳高产和长周期安全运行的保障,是现代工业生产核心技术之一。须与工艺、配管、设备、电气、通讯等各专业共同协作,各专业分工不同,各有专责,却又密切联系,相互结合。与其它专业相比,仪表自控专业由于其专业性强、技术更新迭代快,不仅要求具备仪表自控专业的知识技能,还需要了解掌握其它相关专业的设计要求和经验做法。本文根据作者经历的EPCC油气田地面工程仪表自控专业设计管理工作实践,总结了在设计、施工及开工试运阶段的工作重点和经验,希望能为类似项目提供参考借鉴。 Instrumentation and control system work throughout the whole progress of the project in oil and gas field surface engineering projects.It is the guarantee for the stable and long-term safe operation of the plant.Needs to be collaborated with process,piping,equipment,electrical and other disciplines.Different disciplines with the different work and specific responsibilities,but all disciplines are closely related.In these disciplines,the instrumentation is highly professional,not only requires specialized knowledge and skills of instrumentation,also need to have a certain level of knowledge of other disciplines.This article is based on the author’s experiences in the design management of EPCC projects.Summarized the knowledge and experiences of each stage of the engineering.Hope it can be used as a reference for other projects.
