摘要
由于随钻仪器较常规钻具尺寸大,结构复杂,在钻井过程中更容易受到地层的摩擦,如果没有一个良好的耐磨设计,那么造价昂贵的随钻仪器使用寿命会大大缩短。本文系统地介绍了耐磨带技术在随钻仪器中的应用,包括耐磨带的焊接技术,耐磨带焊材的选择,耐磨带焊接过程中的注意事项,以及常用的耐磨带布局结构和典型应用。
Because the LWD tool is larger in size and more complex in structure than conventional drilling tools,it is more susceptible to formation friction during the drilling process.without a good hardband design,the useful life of expensive LWD tools will be greatly shortened.This paper systematically introduces the application of hardband technology in LWD tools,including the welding technology of hardband,selection of hardband welding material,precautions in hardband welding process,and commonly used hardband layout structure and typical applications.
