摘要
卵巢早衰作为妇科常见病,近年来发病呈现年轻化趋势,西医治疗多以激素替代治疗为主,难以满足患者生育需求。“益肾固冲调神法”是在单秋华教授疏肝调神针法的基础上创新凝炼形成的,在治疗卵巢早衰等妇科疾病中取得了良好的临床疗效。本文从卵巢早衰的病机出发,以调神为主导,身心同治,重交会穴以益肾固冲,明辨月经周期,分期论治,结合了特色疗法隔药灸脐,并附病案一则以说明疗效,旨在为临床治疗卵巢早衰打开思路,提供多维视角。
