摘要
为适应润滑油产品质量升级换代速度加快的现状,中国石油化工股份有限公司大连石油化工研究院通过提高催化剂对原料油中的大分子多环环状烃选择性加氢开环能力,以及降低反应过程中的过度反应和副反应,研制出加氢裂化催化剂FC-80B,能有效提高加氢裂化尾油的黏度指数。在相同转化率下,与参比催化剂相比,重石脑油收率降低了约1.2百分点,尾油产品黏度指数提高了3单位,尾油产品BMCI值降低了约1.2单位。FC-80B催化剂适用于生产高黏度指数和低BMCI值的加氢裂化尾油产品,具有广阔的应用前景。
In order to adapt to the current situation of accelerating the quality upgrading of lubricating oil products,SINOPEC Dalian Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals has developed hydrocracking catalyst FC-80B,which can effectively improve the viscosity index of hydrocracking tail oil by improving the selective hydrogenation and open-loop capacity of the catalyst for macromolecular polycyclic cyclic hydrocarbons in feedstock oil and reducing the excessive reaction and side reaction in the reaction process.At the same conversion rate,compared with the reference catalyst,the yield of FC-80B heavy naphtha decreased by 1.2 percentage points,the viscosity index of tail oil increased by 3 units,and the BMCI value of tail oil decreased by 1.2 units.FC-80B catalyst is suitable for hydrocracking tail oil products with high viscosity index and low BMCI value,and has broad application prospects.
